- 3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Purée
- 2 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice*
- Handful Maple Pecan Granola*
In a small bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, pumpkin, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice until totally smooth and combined.
In a shallow glass or a small bowl*, layer peices of granola with spoonfuls of yogurt. You can also use the granola as a topping for the Greek yogurt, along with blueberries or pomegranate seeds.
*If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice, you can use a quarter tsp each of ground cinnamon and nutmeg, and a pinch of ground cloves if you have.
