Homemade Ranch Hummus

One of my absolute favorite healthy snacks. This dip is healthy and protein-packed, creamy, and full of herbs and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickepeas (or garbanzo beans)
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon zest + juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor. Stream the olive oil in while pulsing and blend until smooth, pausing to scrape the sides down a few times.
  • Serve with crackers, veggie sticks, grilled chicken and more!
