Homemade Ranch Hummus
One of my absolute favorite healthy snacks. This dip is healthy and protein-packed, creamy, and full of herbs and flavor.
- 2 cans chickepeas (or garbanzo beans)
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 lemon zest + juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor. Stream the olive oil in while pulsing and blend until smooth, pausing to scrape the sides down a few times.
Serve with crackers, veggie sticks, grilled chicken and more!
